Brio has opened its doors back up for guests to dine-in and out at their Millenia Mall location. Due to the unprecedented times we’re all currently going through, Brio is probably the closest I’ll be able to get to Italy anytime soon. As I made my way over to the Millenia Mall, I made sure to fully equip myself with a N-95 mask to stay secure and safe. Thankfully, all of Brio’s staff were fully equip with medical-grade masks as well. I was promptly seated at an inmate table in the very center of the restaurant, and Brio’s staff swiftly brought over a complimentary glass of white wine for my guest and I—how sweet.

And speaking of wine, Brio is currently offering $5 Wine Thursday; it’s a promo that’s currently going on where patrons can select from 5 different delicious glasses of wine for only $5. The promo is currently only valid for guest who choose to dine in.

Also, Brio is offering a September pasta promotion as well. When you purchase any entrée for dinner, you’ll receive your choice of one complimentary pasta to take with you after your meal. You can choose from Spaghetti Pomodoro, Spaghetti Bolognese or Pasta alla Vodka to enjoy later.

Brio also decided to bring back their infamous Happy Hour Burger as well! As the night went on, I decided to try a few of their delicious appetizers and soups. I absolutely love Brio’s calamari appetizer dish, and they definitely know how to whip up a hearty bowl of soup too.

Since Brio is heavily influenced by Italian cuisine, many of their dishes include Italian spices, ingredients and are prepared with a Mediterranean finishing touch. Our main courses included Grilled Chicken Marsala, which came with Marsala sauce, asparagus and mashed potatoes.

We also tried the Lobster & Shrimp Fettuccine, which consist of fresh fettuccine tossed in a light creamy sauce.

We finished the night off with a few mouth-watering dessert options too. Dessert consisted of a Warm Chocolate Cake and Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake.
