Media Preview at Terralina Crafted Italian – Disney Springs
A new restaurant has opened in the heart of Disney Springs, and it’s giving its tourists the taste of Italy without having to leave Central Florida. Terralina Crafted Italian, located on a delightful waterfront in Disney Springs, is bringing Italian Cuisine to its Floridian natives and new-comers alike. I had the pleasure of attending one of the restaurant’s media previews recently, and I was particularly impressed with the ambiance of the venue as well. Now, as you know, I am one for detailed architecture, so I was exceptionally pleased to discover that Terralina replicated the same nature of Italy’s culturally engineered province. The menu boasts many of the main dishes an Italian restaurant is expected to have—calamari, meatballs, pizza, burrata and a rather vast collection of wines and cocktails.
The Russian, Annabella Pinot Noir was my favorite red wine of the night, but I also found myself sipping more than was needed on their Dolci Colline Rose Spumante, which originates from Veneto, Italy. Stupefacente! That’s “amazing” in Italian—for my non-bilingual folks. The location of the restaurant is a commercial real estate agent’s playing ground. Sitting right beside a beautiful river that flows throughout the entire vicinity, its magnificent view is definitely Instagram worthy. With the plethora of Italian restaurants within Orlando, I’d say Terralina is definitely a go-to when one finds themselves shoulder shuffling pass Disney tourists.
