A resort branded after one of my favorite type of alcoholic drinks has officially opened in Central Florida. Margaretville’s newest resort—located right in the heart of Kissimmee and a few miles away from Disney—is offering a plethora of amenities for their Floridian guests. From bars, restaurants, shopping spots and even frequent Caribbean-inspired events, Margaretville is changing the way you vacation.  Recently, I had the pleasure of taking a private media tour to roam their grounds, and the notorious huge flip flop was front and center inside the resort’s lobby.

Accents of margarita glasses hung from the lobby’s ceiling, beach-themed decor and furniture pieces were neatly placed throughout many of the resort’s private bungalows.

One of my favorite features that the resort boasted, which I found to be extremely beneficial for frequent vacationers, were their private vacation homes. Sitting nearly adjacent to the ground’s massive swimming pool, Margaretville provides vacationers the option to purchase their very own vacation home.

The tropical resort provides buyers with the option to purchase furnished or unfurnished properties. The beautiful multi-colored homes sported a variance of colors and tones as I slowly strolled through the beautiful neighborhood.

And the best part of buying your very own Margaretville vacation home is the fact that homeowners are still able to utilize the resort’s amenities and benefits too—such as the gym, pool and even room service.
