You don’t always have to shop till you drop in order to have a successful shopping experience. And thanks to The Mall at Millenia’s convenient personal shopping service at Macy’s called MyStylist, shoppers don’t have to fret about long exhausting shopping days. Recently, I collaborated with Macy’s, located inside The Mall at Millenia, in order to try out their personal shopping and styling service which includes complementary expert advice from two of Macy’s head stylists Christina Marsico-Harvey and Florencia Sapkosvki.

 

Both Christina and Florencia have tenured careers in the avenue of personal styling, and they kindly pulled together some fashion-forward looks whilst staying true to my own personal style. Florencia leads the Men’s personal styling department while Christina spearheads the Women’s. Prior to my arrival, Florencia and Christina strung together some great pieces from Macy’s most recent collections.

Items from Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, and one of my favorite shoe designers Cole Haan were awaiting my arrival in one of their manicured Men’s dressing rooms.

I quickly tried on their pieces and even snapped a few photos as I played dress up for a day.

After trying on the personalized items Florencia picked out for me, I went on a tranquil tour around The Mall at Millenia’s Macy’s vicinity. One feature I love most about Macy’s personal styling service is that the stylists can shop the entire store for you; home, fine jewelry, fragrances, handbags, shoes…you name it! Macy’s personal stylists are even able to shop for you virtually! Customers who decide to indulge in Macy’s personal styling services at The Mall at Millenia are also able to shop items from Bloomingdales.

I briefly stopped at a few of the store’s jewelry stations to try on some of their luxe items. Another significant note is that shoppers are also able to shop luxury brands through Macy’s personal styling service like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and even Rolex.

After touring the Men’s department, Christina chauffeured me up to the Women’s department in order to provide me with an overview of all the great features the Women’s personal styling service offers. I was especially intrigued since my mother is an avid Macy’s shopper, and I wanted to relay the message to her.

Christina, who leads the Women’s personal styling service at mall’s Macy’s location, had a plethora of knowledge on women’s clothing and styling. We chuckled and laughed as she began to jot down all of the much-needed information I would soon relay to my mother.

She then swiftly took me on a tour of Women’s department and began to provide me with some in-depth details about all of the features women could expect if they were to setup a personal styling session with her.

One that particularly stood out was that shoppers who decide to use Macy’s personal styling service will receive 20% off on Macy’s purchases! Clients are also able to host private events, fashion shows, and private shopping parties through Macy’s service as well. I was so impressed with their diverse portfolio of services that I had to make room on my calendar for a second session. I mean, let’s be honest…I was sold at the virtual shopping and 20% off discount.
