A new restaurant has officially opened its doors in the pinnacle of Lake Nona, and it’s bringing a lime twist to Orlando’s locals. Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, located on Narcoossee Road, has decided to bring its Mexican Eatery to one of the most popular towns in Orlando. Originating in South Florida, Lime Fresh has introduced a quick-service concept mixed with a casual-dining experience to Florida’s residence for years. As I entered the restaurant for the very first time, I quickly noticed the tropical accents sprinkled throughout the establishment. Artwork, greenery, and wall accents inspired from Miami and South Floridian culture saturated the restaurant. A full-service bar and food-ordering station sat on each side of the vicinity, and intimate tables, booths, and chairs were strategically placed in order to employ social-distancing precautions.

As I was seated, I was quickly greeted by the restaurant’s manager, and many of the restaurant’s most popular dishes were swiftly brought to my table to try. Lime Fresh prides itself on serving fresh, non-frozen, non-microwaved food, all the way down to their homemade salsa.

One of my favorite menu-items was their delicious House Margarita, which was made with Olmecca Altos Blanco Tequila, fresh limes, and Agave.
