Art has made its way to Disney World this year, and it’s being hosted inside one of my favorite theme parks out of the catalog of Disney theme parks and locations, Epcot International. Disney’s Epcot International Festival of Arts has officially kicked off, and guests are now able to enjoy and gawk at some of the beautiful creations of artists from around the world.

As I made my way into Epcot’s Festival of Arts event, I spotted numerous kiosks and street carts that boasted artistic souvenirs, paintings and many other creative items for theme park-goers to purchase.

This jovial occasion is meant to celebrate the elaborate visuals, culinary creations and performing arts from cultures all across the global. From murals drawn out of chalk on the sidewalks, to large paintings and sculptures on full display inside many of Epcot’s intricate gardens, the Epcot Festival of Arts is the perfect event to increase your creative palette and diversify your home’s artwork.

As I continued to stroll through the festivities, I noticed there were numerous galleries and art displays for patrons to stop by and view. And later on in the day, guests were also able to partake in a performing arts broadway show hosted by Epcot as well. The show Disney on Broadway concert series features Broadway stars Kissy Simmons and Alton Fitzgerald White. With all the artful festivities going on in Epcot right now, there shouldn’t be any excuse why you aren’t able to round up your family and kids and enjoy a very creative day at Epcot’s Festival of Arts. – David Plowden, David’s Manor.
