Olivia Pope isn’t the only one that loves Red Wine Moders! I’ve decided to take my taste-buds to one of my favorite restaurants located in the Millenia area of Central Florida. The Capital Grille, which has a location located next to The Mall at Millenia, however they have many locations scattered all across the country. The Capital Grille currently is hosting an amazing Red Wine and Wagyu promotion that extends until 11/20/2016, where you can try many of their delicious choices of Red Wine for an amazing pairing with Wagyu for only a mere $25.permanently delete linkedin Premium Wagyu is well known for being a beef that is rich in its texture and flavor, and makes a perfect combination with your favorite red wine. Me, Myself, and I adore The Capital Grille’s Pinot Noir, which obtains a combination of a delicious bright Cherry and Blackberry. You can practically test the vineyard with every sip you take people—literally. With the amazing promotion going it would’ve been a sin for me not to order a glass of red wine. As stated prior, the Pinot Noir was my choice, and I also decided to test the liking’s of the Cabernet Sauvignon as well.kw Once the Red Wine tasting was done, it was time to try some of the restaurant’s finest of foods. Moders, I’m not sure where to start, because everything—and I mean everything—was simply to die for. The Steak Tartare, which was so elegantly prepared was mouth watering. We decided to order Fresh Oysters for our appetizer which obtained a delicious Mignonette Sauce. The Oysters were so fresh and well made that we actually didn’t require much sauce before eating them. Another one of my favorites was the Tuna Tartare, which came topped with Avocados, Sriracha and Mango. You can’t go wrong with a rich, and very popular, Filet Mignon ladies and gents. The Filet Mignon came with seared Cipollini Onions and had a topping of delicious wild mushrooms to give it that juicy taste. A very unique and tasteful side as well that I completely devoured was the Lobster Mac “N” Cheese dish, and yes you read that correctly. The amazing chef who goes by the name Jason O’Neill, whipped together this amazing combination and confirmed that it was one of the crowd’s favorite dishes. Not only was the delicious Macaroni and Cheese by itself well made and prepared, but pairing it off with tiny strips and bits of lobster was simply perfection. And to top off all of the amazing food was a desert that came straight from the desert heavens Moders, just see for yourself! Moders make sure to stop by The Capital Grille located by The Mall at Millenia for an elegant and tasteful dinner. The Red Wine and Wagyu special will being going on until 11/20/2016. I recommend the Pinot Noir as your choice!
