Well…when one of the biggest taco restaurants in your state asks you to take over their social media stories for a day…you don’t disappoint. Recently, one of my favorite taco places just asked me to take over their social media stories for an entire day in oder to reveal their secret taco. barTaco, located in Orlando—near Dr. Phillips—has long been a millennial hotspot in the Central Florida area.

The Orlando location is decked out in beautiful flowers and greenery which make the experience even that better. As I made my way into the restaurant, I was quickly greeted by their staff and team. Like most would, I decided to sit outside near the welcoming decor.

The menu was quite inclusive. From different tacos from beef, fish, chicken and even vegetarian options, barTaco definitely has every appetizer and entree for every taco-lover’s appetite.

This time around, the secret taco revealed itself to be a black hard shell tortilla taco with lobster, corn, green onions, lemon juice, mayonnaise, roasted garlic puree, orange juice, cilantro, and sherry vinegar. It was unexpected, delicious and had the right balance of ingredients and flavors—not too spicy and not too dry.

barTaco is known to release secret tacos from time to time, so make sure to keep an eye for next one.
