Mission Pink Fashion Show
What an honor it was to attend the Mission Pink Fashion show at the Orlando Premium Vineland outlets, in Orlando Florida. The fashion show was in benefit to raise money for Susan G. Koman for the cure and to benefit the community for breast cancer awareness month. I have found myself attending many events this month for breast cancer awareness and they have all been amazing. This particular event was hosted by one of my fellow brand Ambassadors for PAFW15 and dear friend OrlandoFashionGirl, who did a splendid job at that. Once I had arrived, a red carpet with a backdrop was laid out for arriving guest. I, as well as two other fellow brand ambassadors for PAFW15 and fellow bloggers of mine, TheShoeMaven and iFthechoofits, met up at the red carpet, and we began to take some photos ops—I love those ladies! I also met a few other bloggers that I haven’t met before—Orlando is such a small scene so I am sure to bump into them again. It’s always charming meeting new bloggers in the area. Once we had finished playing in front of the cameras the show had begun. Me and my fellow bloggers were sitting from row so we could fully take-in this amazing show. OrlandoFashionGirl took the stage and the show began! The looks were amazing! From soft flowing looks, and bright colors for spring and summer, to dark structured looks for Fall. A glittering piece which caught my eye as well as many others took the stage, and the Menswear pieces were just as good—I think I will be purchasing one of those ensembles in the near future. I have a thing for trench coats, whether long short black or brown—I even have a red one which I only wear on Christmas—giggles—carrying on. All in all the show was amazing! OrlandoFashionGirl rocked it! She is a natural. The event even raised a few thousand dollars—which is amazing! Hopefully we can make this event an annual thing, because I really enjoyed myself as well as the VIP swag bag goodies. – David Plowden, Mod’s Manor
